💗All of our baskets may vary slightly in size and style as they are hand woven in Morocco made from palm straw, the palms are grown in the Moroccan desert. The palm leaves are then dried in the sun for several hours before the weaving process starts.

💗We hand paint the straw basket which can be up to three colors of your choice, however feel free we can get creative as you like and paint in several colors as all of our straw baskets are bespoke and unique and this is how we want to keep it.

💗Your monogram will appear in capitals unless you specify otherwise.

DISCLAIMER
Artisans use the spiral weave technique when weaving Moroccan baskets, which will leave a ridge at the top, and the base will not be completely flat. The baskets all have their own individual quirks, which are not faults but add to the charming uniqueness of these beautiful baskets. As the bag is hand-painted and is made of straw, movement will take place and can cause possible chipping of the paint, but this all adds to the boho basket look.

The leather handles of our baskets are vegetable tanned in a 100% natural way in the tanneries of Morocco.
There are no toxic additives, as we prefer to keep things as natural as possible. The handles may have marks on them; these are not cuts but natural marks in the leather and will not tear.
The handles may have a leather smell when new, which will soon disappear completely.

Returns & Exchanges
❤️As these baskets are painted to your requirements, we don't accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations, but please contact us if you have any problems with your order and we will do our best to find a solution. Our customer satisfaction is our top priority.
Your straw basket will be unique as it is handmade, there are slight discrepancies in size.

Orders to the USA, normally go by International Tracking with the Royal Mail and take between 5 to 10 working days. This is not guaranteed as we have no control over customs and postal delays. Please check your email for the dispatch notification and tracking number.
